1. Products
All products sold by Ovena Health are FDA 510(k)-cleared medical devices intended for wound care use. Products are manufactured by Ovena Medical Company. Use of products should follow the instructions provided in each package.

2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment is due at time of purchase.

3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval. You may pause or cancel at any time by contacting portal@promedhealthplus.com. No cancellation fees apply.

4. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Medical Disclaimer
