Which size dressing do I need?
Choose a pad that covers the wound bed with about a quarter-inch beyond the edge. The 2in x 2in fits most small wounds; the 4in x 4in suits larger or sacral sites.
When is powder better than a pad?
Powder conforms to deep, tunneling, undermined, or irregular wounds where a flat sheet cannot maintain full contact with the wound bed.
