Ovena makes the same class of hydrocolloid dressing used in clinical wound care — from the team behind our FDA 510(k)-cleared collagen dressings and powder. Cut it to the exact spot, press it on, and use as directed.

Step one: coverage

Coverage first. Then the look.

A surfaced spot under makeup is a bump with a spotlight. Patch it first — the pad absorbs and flattens — and the finish over it is smoother, calmer, easier.

What happens underneath

A hydrocolloid seal, not just a cover.

The same dressing class used in clinical wound care — it forms a protective seal that supports your skin's own moist healing environment. Always follow the package directions.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

When does the patch come off?
For events: patch early, remove before foundation, conceal the flattened spot. The pad has done its quiet work by then.
Does makeup stick to it?
It’s happiest bare. If it stays on under a look, keep the edges clean and product light — and test the combination before the day that matters.
Is it gentle enough for facial skin?
It’s a gentle, low-trauma adhesive designed to ease off without pulling. Apply to clean, dry skin; stop use if irritation occurs.
What size should I cut?
Just larger than the spot, corners rounded. For clusters, one piece the shape of the whole cluster beats tiling small dots.
Is it FSA/HSA eligible?
Eligible where applicable — check your plan’s guidelines.

The Ovena Health Hydrocolloid Dressing Roll provides cut-to-size, low-profile, water-resistant coverage for small-area protection. This page is for general product information and is not medical advice. Clean and dry the area first and use only on minor, superficial breaks in the skin — not on deep, dirty, infected, puncture, or bite wounds, or burns. Change the dressing when it lifts or leaks, and stop and see a clinician if you notice spreading redness, increasing pain, pus, or fever. Follow the package directions and consult a clinician for medical concerns. If you have diabetes, nerve damage, or poor circulation, don't self-treat foot blisters or sores — see a clinician promptly. FSA/HSA eligibility varies by plan.
