One roll, every run

The spots every runner knows.

Heel rim, toe knuckle, the odd spot behind the ankle bone — cut the exact piece each one needs and let a water-resistant, low-profile seal do the quiet work.

What happens underneath

A hydrocolloid seal, not just a cover.

The same dressing class used in clinical wound care — it forms a protective seal that supports your skin's own moist healing environment. Always follow the package directions.

Peels off clean

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Can I keep running with it on?
That’s the point — it cushions the spot so today’s run still happens. Press it onto clean, dry skin and use as directed.
Will it survive sweat and the post-run shower?
The hydrocolloid material is water-resistant and designed to stay sealed through sweat and showers. Wear and replace per the package directions.
What about the white bubble under it?
That pale dome is the pad absorbing fluid — it means the dressing is working. Leave it on and change it per the package directions.
Heel, toe, arch — does one shape fit?
No pre-cut shape does, which is why this is a roll: trim an oval for the heel, a sliver for a toe, a strip for the arch.
Is it FSA/HSA eligible?
Eligible where applicable — check your plan’s guidelines.

The Ovena Health Hydrocolloid Dressing Roll provides cut-to-size, low-profile, water-resistant coverage for small-area protection. This page is for general product information and is not medical advice. Clean and dry the area first and use only on minor, superficial breaks in the skin — not on deep, dirty, infected, puncture, or bite wounds, or burns. Change the dressing when it lifts or leaks, and stop and see a clinician if you notice spreading redness, increasing pain, pus, or fever. Follow the package directions and consult a clinician for medical concerns. If you have diabetes, nerve damage, or poor circulation, don't self-treat foot blisters or sores — see a clinician promptly. FSA/HSA eligibility varies by plan.
