Online Reseller Policy

Ovena Medical Company ("Ovena Health LLC") manufactures and distributes OVC Collagen wound care products and compression stockings. This policy governs the resale of Ovena Health products through online channels.

Authorized Resellers
Only authorized resellers may sell Ovena Health products online. To become an authorized reseller, contact portal@promedhealthplus.com with your business name, license information, and intended sales channel.

Prohibited Practices
Unauthorized resellers are prohibited from:
- Listing Ovena Health products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any third-party platform without written authorization.
- Misrepresenting products, including altering product descriptions, images, or claims.
- Selling products that are expired, damaged, or outside original packaging.
- Using Ovena Health trademarks or logos without written permission.

Pricing
Authorized resellers must adhere to Ovena Health's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Violations may result in termination of reseller status.

Enforcement
Ovena Health actively monitors online marketplaces for unauthorized listings. Unauthorized sellers will be reported to platform operators and may be subject to legal action.
