Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Ovena Health ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email upon shipment.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

To initiate a return:
1. Email portal@promedhealthplus.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used medical products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Subscription orders that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at portal@promedhealthplus.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge.
