SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
Ovena Health ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our facility in Westlake Village, California. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping options and cost
Standard shipping: $8.00. Free on orders of $75.00 or more.
Express shipping: $15.00.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal before taxes.

Delivery estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@ovenahealth.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
