5 collagen pads that support the wound healing process, plus sterile wound wash, nitrile gloves, and medical tape, everything for a complete dressing change, organized in one box.
The Complete Collagen Care Kit pairs Ovena's FDA 510(k)-cleared Type I collagen with sterile saline, gloves, and tape — everything needed for a clean, clinic-quality dressing change at home for diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and other chronic wounds. The collagen scaffold supports fibroblast activity and granulation while a moist wound environment is maintained between changes.

Everything in one box, way easier than ordering pieces
Caring for my husband after a sacral pressure injury and the kit just made every dressing change so much simpler. Collagen, saline, gloves, tape — open one box and you're set. No more 3 separate Amazon orders.

Wound clinic recommended a kit format, this one is perfect
My wound clinic suggested I find a kit so I'd never run out of saline mid-change. The Ovena kit is exactly what they described. Quality of every component matches what they use in clinic.

Frequently asked questions
Real questions from customers and clinicians.
What's in the kit exactly?
Five Ovena Type I collagen pads (sized to your selection), one 250 mL bottle of sterile saline wound wash, one box of 10 nitrile gloves, one roll of hypoallergenic medical tape, and a printed care guide. Everything for ~5 complete dressing changes.
How do I know which pad size to order?
2×2 for small wounds (post-Mohs, finger ulcers, biopsy sites). 4×4 for general use (most DFUs, surgical wounds). Powder for irregular cavities or tunneling. For sacral pressure injuries and larger surgical wounds, larger sizes are available on request. Most caregivers start with 4×4.
Is the saline really sterile?
Yes, 0.9% USP sterile saline, single-use bottle, manufactured to the same spec as in-hospital wound irrigation. Do not use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol on chronic wounds — they damage healing tissue.
Will my insurance reimburse the kit?
The collagen pads (HCPCS A6021, A6022, A6010) are typically FSA/HSA eligible and may be reimbursable through some plans. We provide an itemized receipt on request. Saline and supplies are usually FSA/HSA eligible as well.
How often should I change the dressing?
Every 1–3 days for most wounds. Change immediately if the secondary dressing becomes saturated. The kit covers approximately one week of every-other-day changes.
Can I order refills of just the collagen?
Yes, order the standalone Collagen Wound Dressing in the same size, or Subscribe & Save for recurring delivery.
